Priyanka Chopra on 'Oye! It's Friday!'
The year 2008 was indeed the year of surprises galore. It not just saw TV actors turning to silver screen, but also the vice versa. One such 'rocking' example is that of Farhan Akhtar, who, after having conquered the silver screen is now busy capturing eye balls on the 'idiot box' with his latest show 'Oye! It's Friday!' that gets aired on NDTV Imagine.
After having set the show afire with the likes of Hrithik Roshan, Aamir Khan, Mugdha Godse and gang, Farhan ushers in the New Year-2009 with none other than Bollywood's very own desi girl Priyanka Chopra! And the irony of the show happens to be the fact that it was Farhan who had directed Priyanka in the super hit film Don 2. A sneak-peak in this episode revealed that Priyanka truthfully revealed some interesting secrets and a rarely-revealed side to her personality. News also has it that it were the hoards of PJs to hilarious anecdotes by Farhan and Priyanka that has the studio audience in splits.
In this same episode, Priyanka also got nostalgic and spoke about her early childhood days in India to studying in the US. Not just that, she spoke about her transformation from being the bullying older sister to a no-nonsense teen. If that was not enough, the provocative Farhan actually put Priyanka to challenges which the cool girl took up and emerged as a winner or did she actually lose?
