Rap mogul P Diddy is being sued by a woman who claims that she was fired from the rapper's record label Bad Boy because she was old and disable. The former employee is now suing the rapper for $12 million. According to reports, Francesca Spero, 51, filed a lawsuit in federal court in New York, in which she describes herself as a "51-year-old white woman" who served as a high ranking exec for Diddy since 1998.
